              This version of Realtor Aid is a full function Real
         Estate Listing Management package.  It is not copy protected
         or limited in any way, except that a few of the more advanced
         features have been omitted.
              If you use Realtor Aid and find it useful, we ask that
         you become a registered user.  Upon receiving your
         registration form and $35.00 registration fee, we will ship
         you the Expanded version of Realtor Aid, and place you on our
         user list.  Registered users receive free upgrades for one
         year from the date of registration.  They also will be kept
         informed on new developments in the Realtor Aid product line.
              Each copy of the Expanded version is intended for use on
         one machine.  If you require more that 10 copies please write
         for volume discount information.


         Expanded Version Additional Features:

         - File Import & Export Facility - This facility allows an
           agency to copy selected listings to diskette for transfer
           to a branch office, eliminating duplicate entry.

         - Custom Report Generator - A menu driven report creation
           and run facility, which allows a user to build reports on
           any combination of listing fields.

         - File Backup/Reorganize & Purge Facility - Allows deletion
           and/or archiving of obsolete listing records.

         - Additional Floor Plan Print Drivers - The Condensed version
           contains only the HP LaserJet print driver.  The Expanded
           version provides support for: IBM, HP, Epson, Okidata, and
           Tandy printers.

         - If a new version of Realtor Aid is released within one year
           of a registration, the users registering during that year
           will receive the new version at no additional charge.

           A Few Notes to Help You Get Started:
           ÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄ


            1) Keep Realtor Aid in a sub-directory by itself, we
               suggest 'REALTOR3'.

            2) The start command for Realtor Aid is 'REALTOR3', enter
               this at the DOS prompt, after you are in the Realtor
               Aid sub-directory.

            3) The initial master password which should be entered at
               the 'Log On:' prompt is 'RADIII'.  Please note that
               Realtor Aid passwords are upper/lower case sensitive!
               Your will see in the documentation how to add and
               change passwords.

            4) The documentation will occasionally reference the menu
               selections by letter.  These letters correspond to the
               Expanded version, if you are using the shareware
               version use the description not the selection letter.
